I finally got my course evaluations from last semester. The comments were quite valuable. I learned that:
1) Students want to hear more about policy/current events, than the history side. several students complained it was more like East Asian history
2) Students like short writing assignments and actually want more of this.
3) Students enjoy in-class simulations and activities
